If he is requesting the test then he will have to  set up the appointment and pay for it.

Go to the state for child support. They’ll make sure he’s the dad via blood test……..

Does he want to prove he is, or isn't,  your baby's father?     I would think the cost would be his if you are agreeable and stay out of court. Just because his name isn't on the birth certificate doesn't mean he's not Daddy. That was your choice. Did he NEED to be paying for things up to this point? 

you might have to pay for a Dr's visit to get the  Rx for a blood test. Then, you might have to pay for the lab fee. You can show your ex the bill, but this doesn't mean he's going to reimburse you. And DNA tests are expensive........that is if you want the paternity test done.
