2 years ago question. But in the wildest chance you check back in the next few years I will answer this.
First off, i don't know what you mean '3'?? You should have your computer maintenance automatic so you don't need to start it manually. I don't think it needs a reboot afterwards as the older systems did. If it does ask for a reboot, it will restart on its own. Defrag does not shut down the computer, it cycles it through automatic reboot.
