      If you have started mensruating(period),yes you can get pregnant.Twelve years of age is far to young to be engaging in sexual activity,it is against the law.

        My mom was only 13 when she got pregnant with me. As pythonlover said, if the girl has a period then she can become pregnant.

            they should MAKE young girls have babies like we had ours. no pain relief what so ever.
