The large hands are link semi-skeletonized (to offer something of a window to the subdials), and there is lume at the tips to match that of the markers. link The lume is good for this sort of watch, and JLC appears to have used link Super-LumiNova BGW9, so while not as bright as C3 or the more modern X series, it does appear white in daylight and glows blue when the light fades.
