    What do i need to do to get full custody of a child when the mother agreed to do it?

        You need to go through the courts to get legal custody, but since you have the mother's compliance, this will be a much easier process than if she was working against you.  Good luck to you!

    You need to consult a Family law solicitor and get it done, as catgirl said "through the court" Get it legalised so it does not come back to bite you if you don`t.
    I got custody of my two daughters aged 11 and 13 through the family court in Brisbane Australia. That was over 30 years ago.
