I can't imagine that real estate in Miami Fl will ever be questionable...way too many folks wish to retire there...I know as I lived in that area almost 20 years...and no I don't believe Florida is going anywhere soon, no matter what the "prophets" predict...plus I certainly hope not as I have three children who live in southern Florida! (:
