      As long as he's alive it goes with him.
      Then if he remarries she will get it if he dies, had it happen to my wife's mother.
      This could and should change but don't think it has.

        so true, undeserved(depends) yeah though lawfully entitled. Again he might have his reasons as to why she should benefit.
