      If you imported your e-mail to Windows mail from Sky, the forwarding is just temporary. If you closed your Sky mail account, then that's a reason too. If you have not accessed your Sky account in months, then it probably auto-deleted as an abandoned account. Your best bet would be to check with Sky.
