    can he keep cutting my hours till i cant afford 2 stay so he does not have 2 pay redundencey pay

      he is the boss i goess he can do what he wants unless you have a contract !

        Unless your under a Union Contract that specifies you be paid for a certain amount of hours when clocking into your job YOUR OUT OF LUCK.

          This is contractual - but in my experience working part time and less hours usually means they get the same amount of work out of you anyway.
