    Get checked out for diabetes.

    Again sounds like poor circulation - see Doctor. Also take Vitamin B complex (SOLGAR) good for nervous system too. In diabetes this is called peripheral neuropathy but generally affects more than your toes i.e. tips of fingers and of course other symtoms.

    could be a pinched nerve in your lower back,.......but see a dr to be sure

    You must see a Doctor

    Sounds like a circulation problem. See your doctor.
