      Since I can not see it, I can not tell you. You're going to have to give me more information.


      Make sure it at least has power and it's plugged into your computer still if you're trying to print off the internet.

        Check that paper is not jammed or some thing blocking the paper like a comb or object from your desk fell into the computer .If printer says printing started but no print out, could be paper blocked . good luck.
