    The leaf looks like an elm. There are pinkish bubble like things along the center of new leaves, causing the leaves to curl. Also some of the open leaves have the same bubbling look, but fewer. I have used a spectacide that helps, and also have removed some of the new leaves, bu t have not cured the cituation.

        Take a leaf with the pinkish bubbles on it  to a garden center and have them look at it. We really do not have any tree specialists here.

            I don't know what disease you have but  If you have leaves with pink bubbles growing out of you I believe you are a good candidate for medical study.. :)
