    Total shutdown, I go to file, then open project, the file opens up, then I move the mouse to open file and the program shuts down. You help would be appreciated. Have a nice day,Thanks. Cheers Roy

      Since I do not know what program you are talking about, I can't help you much except to say it sounds like the program is corrupt. Try uninstalling it and reinstalling it. You will lose the file you are trying to access though unless you have it saved somewhere else on your computer.
