There is an issue with your monitor. If you have a pc and not a laptop, check the cable connection, make sure it is secure. If you have a laptop, then it could be a bad driver. You will need to see a computer tech who will hook your laptop to one that has a working monitor so he/she can run a diagnostic to see what the issue is.
