    I know there has to be a web site out there where I can apply for governments grants without paying any money or giving them any kind of credit card information please help me.

      Most, if not all, of them are scams basically. They'll ask for a $2,000+ filing fee and they'll do the paperwork for you! Certainly doesn't mean you're going to get the grant but they'll say thanks sucker for your money!
