What can we Americans do to dissove the spendings and benefits of Congress?

For instance...why do they have their own insurance plans & not "Obamacare"? Why do they get "retirement pay" for the rest of their lives, even if they only serve 1 term? Many more examples, but that's it for now. Thank you!

besides a total rebellion nothing, the us goverment has already put in place an order that the average man cannot rise above the goverment. unfortunitly for us the goverment will burn itself out, and you and me .. who cares we all will be sitting in the sidelines of self destruction..or we could impeach the entire us congress which is like looking up a pigs ass for a porkchop,

I think government benefits should only go to those who want those benefits and not to those who don’t want it. So if you don’t want help from the Gov I suggest you make sure your representatives don’t ask for what others may choose to accept because you don’t need it.
