In The Great South Land all infringement notices except on the spot go to the registered owner of the vehicle. The owner then has to provide the Road Transport Authority with the details of the person who was the driver at the time in question. The RTA then pursue and fine that actual driver. If you can~t A) proove you were not the driver ie: can`t name actual driver B) prove the vehicle had been used illegaly you are up the proverbial creek without a paddle.

Nothing, ticket was given to the driver not to a car!!! Driver will get in trouble!!!
