My two guesses are Sunrise service or Spring.

While I'll save the history lesson for link a follow-up piece, I applaud Cartier link for finally issuing a Prive watch on a bracelet and one that seems to perfectly emulate the "a maillons" bracelet from the 1920s. link Now all that's standing between me and the platinum watch of my dreams is $53,500.

From a design standpoint there are a few changes here including the handset the original UDT used non-luminous bar-style link hands the lack of an analog seconds hand compared to the UDT Type II and link the size of the link digital screen which is quite small on the UDT and similar watches of the era.
