      I have not experienced that personally, I see floaters when looking into a clear blue sky. I tried Visine and that clears some of the junk that floats about in the fluid around my eyes. But my floaters are inside the eye and they are not significant enough for my doctor to be concerned about it. Friends told me of seeing spider webs which are floaters like mine but more stringy. If getting all the stuff flushed were not so much of a procedure it would be part of my regular agenda.
