Do you mean Internet Explorer ? It's called a browser. It's outdated and makes you computer very slow. It took me off of FB for a year and 1/2. But, when I got Fox Fire, recently , I got back on FB, and my computer works much better. Fox Fire, run by Mozilla, is called a browser too.
