      I had the same problem about a year ago.  The computer was aging same as I.  So I bought a new one.  It is fantastically fast.

            my computer was slow   all i do now is to get new mother board and a quad 7 processor   so far right now  i have 8 gig of ram and  a 3.0 usb port and a 2 terribytes hard drive and ill shotrly go for 24 gog of ram and a quad 7  processor and mother board will also go to the new ge force form nivida
