How do I get rid of a virus
I have a virus on my laptop that will not let me access any prog. It directs me to a pop up which invites me to pay $60 to download a prog. that will, so they say, sort it out. I can at least get on to the internet. What is to be done?

Press F7 and hold it down it will open a program which will repair your system back to a saved time when your computer worked properly. but don't do a back to factory setting as this will wipe everything off. when you go back to the time your system worked you can then delete any downloaded items that have caused this. don't take it back to where you bought it because that is what they will do and charge you a fortune to just press a few buttons.
