Been there, done that. Fill your mouth with the warmest water you can stand. Repeat and repeat. Slowly work the dentures out. Add more warm (OK, hot) water as needed. Use the minimal amount of glue as you can in the future……….

It was funny. I laughed at the time but only because my brother-in-law had a similar story……..
It's not the same, but "dry eyes" cause a similar problem with contact lenses. I've almost ripped my eyeball out a few times, so I should be able to (sort of) relate. :)
Mine get dry, only once in a while. I use drops for a day or two and then I'm fine again, sometimes for months. Strange.
I wore contacts for 38 years! Never wore them at night. Hard contacts were hard to get out. Good thing they came along with soft, gel-like contacts.
wish denture adhesive would have worked that well on my mom's partial . It kept coming out :-(
