    who owns a gold tooth when it is taken out

    i had a gold tooth taken out at the dentist and they said that they could not give it to me because it has to be treated as clinical waste and has to be disposed of properly. surely it belongs to me.

    I doubt they would dispose of a precious metal item when alcohol, or melting it would destroy any germs on it. Gold would not pollute the environment since it is almost non-reactive.

        LOL, disposed of properly right into his stash to be changed in for money. It's yours. Tell him to give it to you. Just my opinion. There could be such a law.
