      Probably a loose wire in your electric beer keg system some where, usually means your ground wire isn't properly tightened, or your power wire is bare and touching metal somewhere?


      Static electricity builds up especially in cold weather, the friction from walking will attract it to your body. This will give you a charge of static electricity which when u touch someone else, will transfer to the point of contact.
