    3. 10 hours ago i glued a piece of auatic fixture and forgetfully put it in the tank. 30 gal. no fish,newly cleaned. The sealant has acetic acid in it.Will i kill the fishjif i put them back? Can i put another new filter in and take the piece out

      You do not want to risk killing all the fish.... get some fresh water happening immediately and get rid of the toxic glue... treat the water asap and get an air stream going in the hold bucket or tank if you haven't done already...

        There a good chance  your fish will all die from toxic glue. You haft to change the water and leave it for at lease a week or two meanwhile you'll need another tank for your fish too keep them alive really!
