Yes, it makes it so you lose the ability to spell helium correctly. You've been affected, put the helium down!

Instead of oxygen…or just air….for a thrill you could drink a glass of water while standing on your head….or have your friends hold you down and throw water in your face until and while you puke…that’s an interesting party penalty in playing “Truth or Dare”.
