      The cable probably needs adjustment, or your wheels are stripped.  They have plastic gears inside the rim, which engages with propel system, and they get worn.  You can buy replacement ones about $40 each.  Go on You Tube, and look for anything related by "Donnyboy", he does excellent vids.  good luck.

        It's a connection that was broken in  the self propelled hook- up to the rest of the motor. Or the lever is non functioning- - - --that you use to switch over to self-propelled.
