          I would think that if you are tired, your blood pressure would drop, your body tends to relax when tired --given the chance.   But I am no doctor, I am only saying what I believe to be the case.

            If you usually take it by yourself, but you're too fatigued to do it, you might not know how high your blood pressure really is.
