      Unless it's a speciality mouse / wacom tablet, there is no sensitivity spec to adjust. But your mouse is controlled through the control panel / system profiler if you want to look what you can change there. If there's a problem with the mouse tracking on the mouse pad, I suggest you change the mouse pad.
