A new PC shouldn't run slowly. If you just purchased your PC you should still be under a 24/7 help hot-line from the manufacturer. I would give them a call. Most times they can fix what ever is slowing your computer down from THEIR end. Especially if its new and not working properly.
MY PC is 6 years old and my warranty for on-line help has expired.
I have "FIX CLEANER" installed and its fantastic.
