Mr. Isogai acquired this watch more than 30 years ago and said that at the time, it could be had for around $24,000 to $26,000. At that time, a Patek Philippe's ref. 96 (Calatrava) could be found for $1,700, the 3428 for $3,600, and the ref. link 3450 (perpetual calendar) for around $6,000.
