       Change all your bed ware and fully vacuum the hole bed.

        Try a dropping a few drops of citronella oil on your bed. Citronella oil is very efficient in repelling all kinds of bugs. It's mostly used for repelling mosquitoes, but it will be efficient against bed bugs as well.
