Hi Caitlin,
You can learn from a free online tutorial and do it yourself. I think WordPress is good software to build and manage a website. You can easily edit, add and delete your contents. While surfing the Internet, I came across a very good free online tutorial. You might want to check out http://www.simplewebsitetutorials.com , where they instruct how to build your own site in easy steps and with screenshots.
