i eould suggest getting to know some people and going to the lake to run on nice days. i would also suggest eating your meals really slow because the average human body gets full in 20 minutes no matter how much or little they eat. the last thing i can suggest is limmeting your meals to 3 meals a day in one snack and then working out at a gyn 2-4 times a wk. and just keep giving yourself positive comments : ) hope i could help
