This is the only way to get rid of fleas and flea eggs. Vacuum, throw the bag away. Vacuum, throw the bag away. Do this everyday for 10 days. Always throw the bag away. You can flea bomb anytime through this process. But you MUST vacuum and throw the bag away. They are probably not only in the rugs and carpets. They are in the sofa, chairs, probably your beds. Good point Ruthiemaee - I forgot to tell them to clean their dog and cats with shampoo specifically for flea eggs. Then vacuum and throw the bag away. Hot wash all the towels.
