      It takes at least two weeks and possibly more, depends upon which antidepressant....if you've been on them for awhile you shouldn't stop taking them abruptly but taper off...you can have withdrawals...if you're concerned about a drug test I'd go for 3-4 weeks to clean out your system but if they are prescribed for you, should not be a problem if you explain the same
