i have done this a few times and it is not fun or easy.Put the chain on the outside tire if you have dual tires.Then drape one set over the top of the tire working the slack out of the chain from top to bottom then fasten and adjust before driving.Repeat for other side.It is a very messy and usually wet and cold,so take care
