      Systemic side effects of a local injection of cortisone are rare and usually minor.

        bad. look on a health site, enter drug and read side effects. i had a shot of it years ago and was off work for a while. it does help for quick relief in many cases. get a good health or nutritional dr as you proceed on this journey with any pharmaceuticals.
