The programmers are asking if you can be more specific with what the issue is.

"His question is not very clear. Can you please ask him to be more specific?"

I'm not sure what you mean. I'm going to forward this to the admin for an answer. Apparently there are different versions of the Q&A buttons  out there.

Could someone please message the admin and explain as clearly as you can what's going on? They will fix it if they can understand what's happening.
