She's 5 and protective over her territory. She does not like other females. She's going to be harder to train at 5. At best, intensive dog training, with a professional may work. But, you can not change her need to keep other females away. I'm going to assume she's not spayed? If not, that's a big factor. If she is, then she's showing the Rottie territorial nature. Keep her on a leash when around other females and jerk her back with a sharp no if she tries to go at the dog aggressively.
