        I don't know, but alcohol keeps me light-headed all day. I'm pickled. See a doctor.

            Maybe low blood sugar - not eating enough - hypoglycemia - the same again see your Doctor.

              there are many causes. hypertension, hypoglycemia, anaemia, eye problems, etc. better show to doctor and get investigated especially if it is persisting.

                not eating enough and right food and maybe anemia....lack of iron n other minerals and I believe  vitamins supplement should be able to help
