      And just to add to Producer:  You may be required to take a course with minimum hours of classroom setting prior to taking the licensing test.

        There is a dept of Real estate in each of the 50 states and you  will need to contact them to find out the requirements. It will involve taking a test. Good Luck its a great job!!
