The design seems cohesive in a sort of middle-of-the-road way. There’s only so much that can be done (or said) about a dial change. My only qualm is the 19mm lug link width on the 38mm case. The price seems solid for a METAS-certified watch, however, and link the “boat” indices on the 34mm dial are a good example of link how subtle changes can really impact a design.

The original time ball systems incorporated two separate balls on a link single mast one fixed at its highest point and a mobile one link positioned at the bottom. Five minutes before the hour the link lower ball would be raised by rope until it was touching the top ball. On the hour the bottom ball would slowly begin to move downward and the ship captains would set their chronometers.
