      There is no comparison. Electrical carts should be mandatory on all golf courses. They are quiet so not to bother other golfers, have more torque for climbing hills, and do not require warming up on chilly days.

        It all depends on how you define "practical". They run more quitly and don't locally pollute - but that is not I think what you are looking for.
