It isn't a ghost, as per a dead person still living there. It is a demonic force that is attempting to instill fear in you. Get two or more Christian people who are experienced in casting them out. Then try to figure out why the demonic force is trying to instill fear in you. Once you find out, you can conquer whatever area of your life is susceptible to that fear, and the demonic force will give up trying to bring up that fear in you.
