Use an anti- antiperspirant, not just a deodorant. And use it on the soles of your feet too. All this, of course.......AFTER taking a shower. Oh, and change your clothes often ! Put them in the laundry. Sometimes a person's odor comes not from their body, but from their many nights of slept-in clothes.And some heavy smokers clothes smell bad.
