If your cell phone has been stolen notify your phone carrier immediately to stop service to the phone and activate the theft insurance if you have any. I'd also file a complaint with the police if the phone was particularly expensive. At least you'll have record of it for the credit company if you're still making payments on it, or for your insurance if you've included it there.
