      What does Hot Mail tell you when you try and sign in? More than likely you have either forgotten your email address or your password. When you setup your account you either gave them another email address which can be used to change your password they will send you an email to reset your password. Or you setup a security question which you just have to answer the question to sign in again.


      When you log into hot mail and you cannot get in, there is a section there which reads forgot your password click on that and start the process above.
