How old are you? Are you old enough to be dating and meeting guys on the internet? There are no "get a boyfriend quick" schemes. Dating sites get rich off people like you who think you can just wake up one day and find a mate. They market and sell mates to desperate people. In reality, relationships come when you are meant to meet your next one.

well i am twenty years old. The biggest problem is if i tried to forget my ex i can`t cos he`ll call and text me. Some times i go out with new man but there`s no attention or like i don`t have feeling at all.

Block him from calling and texting. He's your ex for a reason. You can not use this as an excuse to hold you back. So long as you are tied to him, you will put out signals that you are not available whether you realize it or not.
